Our clients requested a space for their active family to shoot hoops, work out and store their summer sports car. This clever design granted all wishes with a walk out detached garage, developed as a sport court above and suspended slab for under court luxury toy storage.

RENOVATION INTEGRATION NESTLED
INTO EXISTING LANDSCAPE & CONTOURS
The newly constructed outbuilding is nestled into the property’s landscape and contours to appear as though it was part of the original home build. When existing home finishes where unavailable, compliments were selected to ensure consistency of the Arts and Crafts design. This included wooden shutters, cornice detailing and paneling.
