1. CONSULTATION:
Our journey together starts with an in-depth consultation where we get to know you and your project vision. We’ll discuss your goals, budget, and timeline while reviewing the desired scope of work. This meeting lays the foundation for a successful project, allowing us to understand your needs and identify how PURE can best serve you.
2. PROJECT SUMMARY & PRELIMINARY ESTIMATE:
This provides a clear overview of your project, including a preliminary estimate based on details discussed during the consultation. The estimate considers assumptions about materials, labor, and other key factors. By outlining these elements upfront, we ensure you have a transparent understanding of the anticipated budget range before we proceed into the design agreement.
3. DESIGN AGREEMENT:
The design agreement engages our design team with conceptual development, preliminary design plans, and any necessary revisions. During this phase, our design team collaborates closely with you to shape and refine your vision.
4. SITE ASSESSMENT & TRADE DISCOVERY DAY:
Our team will visit the project site to assess existing conditions and understand any specific requirements. On Trade Discovery Day, our experienced trade partners join us to review their respective areas of expertise, providing valuable insights and helping to ensure the project scope and costs are accurate and complete your vision.
5. FINAL ESTIMATE & PURCHASE AGREEMENT:
Based on the finalized designs and trade input, we’ll present a final estimate and contract for your review. This document will cover all project specifications and costs. Once the agreement is signed and an initial deposit is received, we’ll move forward with detailed planning and scheduling. You’ll also receive exclusive access to your personalized profile in our builder software, where you can track the project’s progress and stay informed every step of the way.
6. SELECTIONS & FINAL PREPARATIONS:
With the contract in place, it’s time to personalize your project! We will guide you through the selection process for materials and finishes, from custom cabinetry and countertops to flooring, fixtures, and more. This step is where your project’s unique style takes shape, ensuring every detail reflects your taste and lifestyle.
7. CONSTRUCTION KICK-OFF:
Once all selections are complete, the construction phase begins. Our project management team oversees the process, coordinating with trades and suppliers to bring your vision to life. You’ll receive a project schedule, so you know what to expect at each stage.
8. PROGRESS UPDATES & COMMUNICATION:
Throughout the construction phase, we maintain open lines of communication. You’ll receive regular professional updates, including photos and notes to keep you informed every step of the way. We’re always available to address any questions or concerns, ensuring your project is progressing smoothly.
9. POST-PROJECT SUPPORT & TWO-YEAR WARRANTY:
Even after your project is complete, our relationship doesn’t end there!PURE Residential provides a two-year warranty on all work, giving you peace of mind that we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our projects.
